Biography
Hélène works across C40’s global climate expertise to help cities translate climate ambition into action, spanning buildings, energy, mobility, waste and climate adaptation. She directly leads C40’s Urban Planning & Design team, supporting cities to create more climate-positive urban environments, from public spaces to neighbourhoods and housing. She also leads the C40 Paris Hub, working closely with the Mayor of Paris and his team. Previously, Hélène was an advisor to the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, and worked at the Paris Urbanism Agency and Arup.Sessions
