Charalambos Prountzos

Biography

Charalambos Proutzos was born in 1978 in Nicosia. He graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol in 2001 and received the title of Barrister-at-Law from the Inns of Court School of Law in London. He also holds a Diploma in Professional Legal Skills from City University of London. On July 1st, he became the first to take the helm of the Mayorship of the new Metropolitan Municipality of Nicosia.
