Building Public Housing Systems: City and Regional Approaches

Expanding public and affordable housing requires close coordination between municipal housing strategies and regional policy frameworks. Focusing on Barcelona and Catalonia, these two presentations will offer complementary perspectives on housing policies at city and regional levels. The first will address the Generalitat de Catalunya's priorities in housing planning, regulation and production, while the second will present Barcelona's Pla Viure and its approach to expanding public and affordable housing supply.
